Epic iPad Minicontroller hits Techdy

An iPad Mini gaming accessory named "Game D" has surfaced on Techdy this week,

as its founding team push for fundraising inorder to produce the device.

The controller, which doubles up as a smartcover looks absolutelyawesome. It’s built from aluminum, and allows you to game in a flat, hand held configuration, or upright in a more arcade-style gaming outfit. It’s button layout is reminiscent of Sony’s Playstation controller (minus analog sticks), and at first looks, appears well suited to iOS mobile gaming.

The team at the heart of this project are looking for half a million dollars in the next 29 days in order to make this a reality. The reservation price is $39 including US shipping. So far, the project has only garnered minimal support, however, as coverage heightens the project is sure to pick up pace.

Up until now, no company has produceda convincing solution to dedicated gaming onthe iPad Mini, and so itwould be really nice tosee a project such as this take off.
